Ok so here is the update on the homestead.
1: No solar power for me
Turns out the trees in my yard are to large and throw to much shade in order to generate any real power for the house. This of course was only on company but none the less I have been disappointed [...]

I snapped a picture for each day on my meter. I figure this would be a good way to keep track of my use since the “Smart” meter I have on the side of my house isn’t as smart as it thinks it is.

So I snapped a pic of my Hydro meter today and it has been almost a month since the last billing of March 17th.
The meter says 9791 and I am pretty sure my bill was for 7000 (over 7000 but only by a few points so I don’t count it).

I got a temperature gun.
A friend of mine gave me a temperature gun that reads the temp of areas that you point it at.
Tonight I go home and aim it at the pipes in my house to see what the true temperature of the pipes are from the install.
