Well surfing the weeb a few minutes of each day brings a multitude of eye-opening wonders that never cease to make me wonder “Why the hell did I click that link?” I figured I would share some of my insights and findings with my trusty blog.

*rant on*
Had the guy in to do the final energy audit at another cost of $150.
He then told my wife we needed a form filled out and we needed a certificate.
Turns out the certificate cost another $125.
It’s not that I am apposed to spending but this was never mentioned and the thing that bothers me [...]
